How are my hours tracked?

We will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of purchased hours we will notify you well ahead of that.

How do I contact my VA?

You can reach out to your VA via phone, SMS and Email.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

Yes! You will have an assistant, in Sweden, who is specifically assigned to you.

How does collaboration with my VA look like?

It purely depends on you how often you want to speak to your VA. We recommend at least weekly contact by phone, for clarifying tasks or discussing new assignments.

What if I want a different assistant?

No problem. Just email our Support team and we will find someone that meets your requirments.

Can I cancel the service at anytime?

What if I need more hours?

If you go over your limit we can make additional hours available at a comparable rate to what you already pay or you can upgrade your package.
